Massimo Hemp rug 250 x 350 cm Nougat / Rose

The Massimo Hemp rug is part of a collection by Tanja Kirst for Massimo, which grew out of the artist's master's project "Re: Thinking Hemp". The project aims to produce raw textile materials from sustainably grown hemp. It is handwoven in Italian hemp yarn, with each thread made from 50 fine strands spun together and dyed with bio dye. The collection's colourful palette is a tribute to nature, while the unique pattern created by the flat weave and colour gives a different experience each time you step into the room. The rug is handwoven in 100% hemp yarn.
