Heriz oriental rug 292 x 396 cm

Heriz rugs are hand-knotted wool rugs characterised by bold geometric designs, often centred around a large medallion. The traditional patterns are typically woven from memory, giving each rug a strong, structured appearance. The durable wool pile results in hard-wearing, long-lasting rugs. The solid and resilient construction contributes to the robust feel that Heriz rugs are known for. Knot density ranges from 150,000 to 250,000 knots per square metre.
