Old Figural Kashghai oriental rug 165 x 284 cm

Old Figural Kashghai rugs have the same hand-knotted wool construction and strong colour palette as other Kashghai rugs. They feature geometric compositions incorporating figures such as animals and people. Kashghai rugs have a compact, robust structure with fine knotting that gives the surface depth. Knot density ranges from 150,000 to 250,000 knots per square metre.
