Vintage Patchwork oriental rug 252 x 360 cm

Vintage Royal Patchwork rugs are made from pieces of Persian wool rugs that have been cut into smaller sections and reassembled into a patchwork design. The fragments are stonewashed and  recoloured, allowing the original patterns to remain faintly visible and creating a soft, layered surface. Each rug has a completely unique composition, defined by subtle variations in pattern and tone.
