Layered Shell rug 250 x 350 cm

Layered's archive treasures get a second chance with Mjuk. Shell is, as you might expect, a rug with a shell pattern. It's part of a collection created for Layered in collaboration with renowned Swedish artist Åsa Jungnelius. Jungnelius' artistic vision and symbolic aesthetics emphasize the body and soul, colors and shapes. The rug is made from a blend of wool and Tencel, which gives it a shiny finish and surface. Tencel is a high-quality version of viscose and, like wool, is environmentally friendly and extremely durable. The rug is hand-woven, which means that each Shell rug is unique. Due to its hand-tufted construction, the rug may shed fibers at first, so we recommend vacuuming it regularly.
